Katrina Marler M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Hello my name is Katrina Marler. I am the BCBA and owner of Successful Child. I oversee the clinical and administration duties of the company. My favorite aspect of my day is being apart of the daily success’s of our kiddos and working with our amazing families. My passion and dedication to helping our community is evident in the environment I have created. Successful Child was created out of my desire to offer an ABA company that enriches the therapeutic experiences with my belief that “children learn through play.” I am a mother to four sons, four dogs and have been married for 14 years. I thoroughly enjoy being able to spend quality time with my family.

Jess Lewis, RBT
Hi! My name is Jess, and I’m a Registered Behavior Technician. I joined the ABA field in June of 2025 with a passion for helping kids learn, grow, and express themselves with confidence. I hold two Bachelor’s degrees—one in Psychology and one in Criminal Justice—and I’m excited to bring that background into the world of behavioral therapy. I believe in the power of small steps and positive reinforcement to make a big impact. Outside of work, I love building Lego sets (it’s my favorite way to unwind), and I have a one-year-old puppy named Trinity who keeps life fun and full of energy!

Rieley Burgess, RBT
Hello! I’m Rieley, and I’m a Registered Behavior Technician. I joined the amazing world of ABA Therapy in the fall of 2025. I have always had a love for kids and have years of experience in the childcare industry as a nanny. That love and passion for helping kids grow and learn how to advocate for themselves, along with my own autism diagnosis made going into the ABA field an easy choice. Every day I learn and fall more in love with the excitement that comes when our kids make progress. Through play, positive reinforcement, and small steps, I see the difference it makes everyday I work. In my free time I love to read, listen to music, and draw. I have two silly cats at home that fill my life with joy and love.
